摘要
为了应对大量可再生能源并网给电网频率带来的不利影响,提出一种温控负荷参与系统一次调频的双层控制策略。在上层控制中,根据各温控负荷聚合商上报的虚拟下垂系数,传统机组和各负荷聚合商获得各自需调整的功率偏差量;在下层控制中,基于温度优先级列表法,考虑引入的用户参与度指标,以及最小开通、关断时间约束,对负荷进行开断控制。仿真结果表明,该策略可以充分考虑用户意愿,尽量减少设备磨损,有效对温控负荷进行调度,改善频率质量。
In order to deal with the adverse impact of large amount of renewable energy on power grid frequency,a double-layer control strategy with temperature control load participating in primary frequency regulation is proposed.In the upper control,according to the virtual droop coefficient reported by each temperature control load aggregator,the traditional unit and each load aggregator,the power deviation which need to be adjusted was obtained respectively;in the lower level control,based on the temperature priority list method,considering the user engagement index introduced,as well as the minimum on-off time constraints,the load was switched off.The simulation results show that the strategy can fully consider the user’s wishes,minimize equipment wear,effectively schedule the temperature control load and improve the frequency quality.
