摘要
温室效应主要是由产生的大量二氧化碳(CO2)引起的,CO2的脱除工作受到了越来越多的重视,其中有机胺法吸收CO2的技术可以取得很好的效果。综述了各种有机胺溶液吸收CO2的方法,其中单组分有机胺法存在一定的局限性,使用混合胺体系可以弥补存在的问题,提高技术水平。为了降低解吸能耗,采用非水溶剂与有机胺混合,但是黏度会影响反应的吸收能力,可以添加减黏剂对混合体系进行改善。提出一个猜想,在N-甲基二乙醇胺(MDEA)溶液中加入离子液体,再加入聚丙烯酰胺减黏剂,进行二氧化碳的吸收。
The greenhouse effect is mainly caused by the large amount of carbon dioxide(CO2)generated,and the removal of CO2 has received more and more attention.The organic amine absorption of CO2 technology can achieve good results.This paper reviewed the methods of CO2 absorption using different organic amine solutions.Among the one-component organic amine method has certain limitation,the mixed amine system can make up for these shortcomings,to improve the level of technology.In order to reduce the energy consumption of desorption,the nonaqueous solvent is mixed with the organic amine,but the viscosity will affect the absorption capacity of the reaction,and the viscosity reducing agent may be added to improve the mixed system.To give a conjecture,in the methyldiethanolamine(MDEA)solution by adding ionic liquid,then add polyacrylamide for carbon dioxide absorption.
