《安徽省中药饮片炮制规范》修订中的显微鉴定技术及标准问题探讨 被引量:3

摘要 目的:对《安徽省中药饮片炮制规范》(2019年版)修订过程中的显微鉴定技术和显微标准进行总结和分析,以提高标准的实用性和科学性。方法:通过对增修订的91个品种的中药显微鉴别操作方法及显微标准的问题进行归纳和分类,提出一些改进的方法和建议。结果:传统显微鉴定技术的操作方法存在很大的局限性,存在方法单一、实用性差的问题。结论:显微鉴定具有较强技术性,需要掌握特定的技术方法,才能达到鉴别中药真伪优劣的目的。本试验总结的方法,在中药标准起草过程中可以简便、高效、稳定、准确地控制中药品种、质量,其原理简单,可操作性强。 Objective:To summarize and analyze the microscopic identification skills and microscopic standards in the process of revision of Anhui Province Processing Procedures of Prepared Slices of Chinese Crude Drugs(2019 Edition),so as to improve standardization and scientificity of the quality standard specification.Methods:Through summarizing and classifying the microscopic identification operation methods and microstandards of 91 varieties of traditional Chinese medicine,some improved methods and suggestions were put forward.Results:There are many limitations in the traditional microscopic identification technology,such as single method and poor practicability.Conclusion:The microscopic identification has strong technicality,so it is necessary to master specific technical methods to achieve the purpose of identifying the authenticity of traditional Chinese medicine.The method summarized in this experiment can control the quality of traditional Chinese medicine simply,efficiently,stably and accurately in the process of drafting the standard of traditional Chinese medicine.
