Linkage Analysis of Manufacturing Business Model Innovation Factors

面对经济形势变化和产业结构调整,商业模式创新成为制造业转型升级的重要途径。然而,当前制造业在商业模式创新的不同阶段要关注哪些要素却仍不明晰,因此基于构型理论,利用模糊集定性比较分析(fsQCA)方法探究制造业在商业模式创新不同阶段的影响要素,并通过要素联动分析可行的路径。研究结果表明:(1)在制造业商业模式创意、应用和精益三个阶段中,其推动要素的组合是不同的,呈现出“被动创新-主动适应-积极调整”的特征;(2)企业家精神和企业资源基础是制造业实现商业模式创新的内在条件,当企业至少具备其中一个条件时,才能更好地推动商业模式创新;(3)环境动荡性是制造业进行商业模式创新的外在动力,且高度的环境动荡性更能推动企业进行商业模式创新。

Facing the change of economic situation and the adjustment of industrial structure,business model innovation has become an important way to transform and upgrade the manufacturing industry.However,it is still unclear that factors manufacturing industry should pay attention to the business model innovation in different stages.Therefore,use fuzzy set qualitative comparison analysis(fsQCA)based on configuration theory to explore the influencing factors of manufacturing industry in different stages of business model innovation,and analyzes feasible paths through the linkage of factors.The research conclusions are as follows:In the three stages of innovation,application and lean of manufacturing business model,the combination of driving factors is different,showing the characteristics of"passive innovation—active adaptation—active adjustment";Entrepreneurial spirit and enterprise resource base are the internal conditions for manufacturing industry to realize business model innovation.Manufacturing enterprises should meet at least one of these conditions to promote business model innovation;Environmental instability is the external driving force for manufacturing enterprises to carry out business model innovation,and a high degree of environmental instability can further promote enterprises to carry out business model innovation.
