中成药联合活菌制剂对功能性消化不良的影响

Effect of Chinese Patent Medicine Combined with Live Bacteria Preparation on Functional Dyspepsia

目的探讨以大山楂丸、人参健脾片及健胃消食片为代表的消导类中成药联合活菌制剂治疗功能性消化不良(FD)的疗效比较。方法本实验以小鼠为实验对象,建立小鼠食积模型,模拟功能性消化不良症状,测定小鼠胃内容物残留量、小肠推进率、胃排空速率。结果用药后,胃内残留物百分比:人参健脾片组、大山楂丸组有显著性差异(P<0.01),人参健脾片+活菌制剂组、大山楂丸+活菌制剂组有差异(P<0.05);胃排空速率:人参健脾片组、大山楂丸+活菌制剂组有显著性差异(P<0.01);大山楂组有差异(P<0.05);小肠推进比:大山楂丸+活菌制剂组有显著性差异(P<0.01),大山楂丸组有差异(P<0.05),人参健脾片组有差异(P<0.05)。结论大山楂丸和人参健脾片对功能性消化不良均有促进和恢复作用,大山楂丸与双歧杆菌联用效果更好,综合优势好于单用大山楂丸。

OBJECTIVE To compare the efficacy of Xiaodao Chinese patent medicines combined with viable bacteria preparation in the treatment of functional dyspepsia(FD),re-presented by DaShanZha pill,Ginseng JianPi tablet and JianWei XiaoShi tablet.METHODS In this study,mice were used as experimental objects to establish a mouse food volume model,simulate the symptoms of functional dyspepsia,and determine the gastric content residue,small intestinal propulsion rate,gastric emptying rate.RESULTS There were significant differences in the percent-tage of gastric residues between Ginseng JianPi Pills and DaShanZha Pills(P<0.01),Ginseng JianPi Pills+Living Bacteria Preparation and DaShanZha Pills+Living Bacteria Preparation(P<0.05),and for gastric emptying rate:Ginseng JianPi Pills,DaShanZha Pills+Living Bacteria Preparation had significant differences(P<0.01),and significant differences in the Hawthorn group(P<0.05).For small intestinal propulsion ratio(P<0.05),the Hawthorn pill group(P<0.01) and the Ginseng JianPi tablet group(P<0.05) had signifant differences.CONCLUSION Both DaShanZha Pill and Ginseng JianPi tablet can promote and restore functional dyspepsia.The combination of DaShanZha pill and Bifidobacterium has better effect and comprehensive advantage than DasShanZha pill alone.
