摘要 目的探讨以问题为导向的教学法(Problem-based learning,PBL教学法)、布鲁姆-特内提问模式教学法和情景模拟教学法在临床药学实习生带教中的应用。方法由带教老师提供案例,采用布鲁姆-特内提问模式提出问题,学生查阅资料并进行汇报讨论。模拟用药咨询与用药教育等工作场景,锻炼学生沟通能力和灵活运用知识的能力。结果学生能更主动的参与教学工作,加强了师生之间的互动,能更好的将药学知识应用于临床。结论三种教学模式的综合应用能激发学生学习兴趣,提高学生的专业水平和沟通能力,提高教学效果。 OBJECTIVE To discuss the application of PBL teaching method,Bloom-Tone question mode teaching method and scenario simulation teaching method in interns teaching of clinical pharmacy.METHODS Teachers provide a case and propose some questions by taking the Bloom-Tone problem model,after that,students look up literatures and then discuss those questions.To improve students′ communication skills and the flexibility of knowledge applying,method of working scenario simulating can be taken,such as drug counseling,drug education and so on.RESULTS Students can be more actively to participate in teaching to strengthen the interaction between teachers and students,which is benefit for pharmacy knowledge applying to clinics.CONCLUSION The comprehensive application of the three teaching modes can stimulate students′ interest in learning,improve students′ professional level and communication ability,and improve teaching effect.
