静脉穿刺模型及固定束缚带在提高儿科护理人员静脉穿刺成功率中的应用

The application effects of venipuncture model and fixed binding belt in improve the success rate of venipuncture in pediatric nurses

目的通过利用静脉穿刺模型及固定束缚带达到提高儿科护士的静脉穿成功率,减少护患纠纷、提高患者满意度,同时提高儿科护士的职业满意度。方法分别选取创新技术应用前346例患儿和创新技术应用后的346例患儿作为研究对象,创新技术应用前新入职护士及年轻护士将患儿作为练习对象,静脉穿刺时常规2个家长固定患儿,创新技术应用后新入职护士和年轻护士将穿刺模型作为练习对象,静脉穿刺时用固定束缚带固定四肢,只需一名家长固定患儿,并且改善操作间的环境(墙上贴满卡通图画转移患儿的注意力并更换亮度大的LED灯)降低患儿对陌生环境的恐惧感。结果在使用静脉穿刺模型和固定束缚带后儿科护士的静脉穿刺成率有明显的提高(P<0.05),患者满意度有明显提高(P<0.05),儿科护士的职业满意度也有所提高(P<0.05)。结论通过利用静脉穿刺模型和固定束缚带提高了儿科护士的静脉穿刺成功率,减轻了患儿的痛苦提高了患者满意度,减少了护患矛盾,减轻了儿科护士的心理压力,提高了儿科护士的职业满意度,为抢救患儿赢得了时间,增加了实习生锻炼的机会。

Objective To investigate the application effects of venipuncture model and fixed binding belt in improve the success rate of venipuncture in pediatric nurses,so as to decrease nurse-patients dispute,improve the satisfaction degree of patients and improve the occupational satisfaction degree of pediatric nurses.Methods A total of 346 children patients before the application of innovative technique,and the other 346 children after the application of innovative technique were enrolled as research objects.Before the application of innovative technique,the new nurses and young nurses took the children patients as the objects of practice.During the venipuncture,the patient was fixed by two parents of patients.After the application of innovative technique,the new nurses and young nurses took the puncture model as the objects of practice.During the venipuncture,the patient was fixed by one parent only,and the four limbs of patients were fixed by fixed binding belt,moreover,the environment of the operation room was improved(the wall was covered with cartoon pictures to divert the child’s attention and replace the bright LED lights)to reduce the child’s fear of unfamiliar environment.Results After using the venipuncture model and fixed binding belt,the success rate of venipuncture of pediatric nurses was significantly improved(P<0.05),the satisfaction of patients was significantly improved(P<0.05),moreover,the occupational satisfaction degree of pediatric nurses was improved(P<0.05).Conclusion Through the use of venipuncture model and fixed binding belt,the success rate of pediatric nurses’venipuncture is improved,the pain of children is reduced,the satisfaction of patients is increased,the contradiction between nurses and patients is reduced,and the psychological pressure of pediatric nurses is reduced,the occupational satisfaction degree of pediatric nurses is improved.
