摘要
针对现有无线充电产品测试设备数字化、智能化程度较低等问题,在对无线充电产品智能测试方法研究的基础上,设计无线充电智能测试系统。该系统包括三轴测试平台、测试仪器、无线充电控制分析软件3部分,可实现对小功率无线充电产品的充电效率面积、充电温升、负载特性等无线充电测试项目的自动测试。实验表明:该测试系统能够准确高效地进行无线充电测试,并将测试结果分析和输出,实现无线充电的自动化测试,提高测试效率和精度。
This paper points at the industry problem that the level of digitization and intelligence in existing wireless charging products test equipment is relatively low,it carries out the design of wireless charging intelligent test system based on the research of wireless charging products intelligent test methods.The system consists of three parts:a three-axis test bench,a test instrument,and a control analysis software.Through this system,it realized automatic testing of wireless charging test items of low-power wireless charging products such as charging efficiency area,charging temperature rise,and load characteristics,so as to test the working performance of wireless charging products.The experiment showed that the test system carried out wireless charging test accurately and efficiently,the test result were analyzed and output,and finally this system achieved wireless charging automatic test,and improved the test efficiency and accuracy.
