T-SPOT检测阳性的游泳池肉芽肿三例

Swimming pool granuloma with positive T-SPOT:3 cases report

报道3例游泳池肉芽肿。患者均有鱼刺刺伤史,皮损特点为暗红色结节、斑块成线状排列。组织病理示感染性肉芽肿。T-SPOT检测均为阳性。使用利福平和克拉霉素治疗预后好转。

Three cases of swimming pool granuloma are reported.All patients had a history of fishbone injury,and the lesions were characterized by dark red nodules and linear plaques.Histopathology showed infectious granuloma.T-SPOT tests were positive.The patients were treated with rifampicin and clarithromycin with significant improvement.
