局限型淋巴瘤样丘疹病一例

Localized lymphomatoid papulosis:a case report

患者,女,48岁。右下肢散在红色结节、破溃反复发作3年。组织病理示:异型单一核细胞散在或簇状分布,淋巴细胞、炎性细胞大致呈楔形生长。免疫组化染色结果示CD30(+)、CD4(+)。诊断:局限型淋巴瘤样丘疹病A型。

A 48-year-old female presented with red nodules and recurrent ulceration on the right lower limb for 3 years.Biopsy showed scattered or cluster distribution of heterocyst,lymphocytes and inflammatory cells with a wedge-shaped growth.Immunohistochemistry demonstrated that the staining of CD30 and CD4 were positive.The diagnosis of localized lymphomatoid papulosis type-A was made.
