Under the severe impact of the epidemic,China's economic growth in 2020 is facing unprecedented difficulties.How fast can China's economic growth reach in 2020?Can this speed support the goal of economic and social develop-ment and the requirement of stable economic operation?The 2020 government work report does not set an economic growth rate target.Can we say that we don't need to guarantee a certain economic growth?Can China's economy bear the impact of the epidemic,and then achieve the goal of an overall well-off society in 2020,and win the battle of pov-erty alleviation?These problems are discussed in this paper.
