现存建筑结构安全性评估和加固措施

摘要 随着国民经济的快速发展进步,我国的城市化发展历程也在稳步推进和持续提速,在此种背景之下,居民和整个行业对房屋建筑的需要和诉求越来越向房屋建筑的总体品质问题集中,所以针对房屋建筑主体构造的稳定性、抗震性等整体结构强度方面的性能有了更严格的规定和指标。在房屋建筑修建进程中,相关建筑企业愈来愈倾向针对房屋构造的综合功能的保证和提升。然而对于某些原有房屋建筑来讲,受制于当年的作业手段、规划布置等各个层面的综合要素的限制,房屋建筑构造的总体抗震能力相比最近的新建房屋有一定的差距,存在事故风险。考虑人民群众的人身财产安全,必须使用当今最有效的抗震评估手段和方法针对原有房屋建筑的抗震性能进行评估和研究,依据现场评估结论实施有指向性的抗震加固方案,提升原有房屋建筑的抗震性能,保护居民人身财产安全。 With the rapid development and progress of the national economy,the development process of urbanization in China is also steadily advancing and accelerating continuously.In this context,the needs and demands of residents and the whole industry for the overall quality of housing construction are more and more concentrated on the overall quality of housing construction.Therefore,there are more stringent regulations and indicators for the overall structural strength,such as the stability and earthquake resistance of the main structure of the building.In the process of building construction,the relevant construction enterprises are more and more inclined to guarantee and improve the comprehensive function of the building structure.However,for some original buildings,due to restriction by the operation means,planning and layout and other comprehensive factors at all levels,the overall anti-seismic capacity of the building structure has a certain gap,compared with the recently built houses,and there is a risk of accidents.Considering the personal and property safety of the people,we must use the most effective seismic evaluation methods and methods to evaluate and study the seismic performance of the original buildings,and implement a directional seismic strengthening scheme according to the on-site evaluation conclusions,in order to improve the seismic performance of the original buildings and protect the personal and property safety of residents.
