甘草次酸对四氯化碳小鼠胫骨骨微结构的影响

摘要 [目的]:本实验研究甘草次酸对四氯化碳小鼠胫骨骨微结构的影响。[方法]:24只普通级昆明种10周龄的小白鼠,雌雄各半,分三组:对照组(CON)、模型组(MOD)、甘草次酸(GA),实验连续四周,于结束实验前一天禁食12h,摘眼球处死小鼠:取血测ALT;肝脏称重并制备肝匀浆测MDA;右侧胫骨进行Micro CT扫描。[结果]:与MOD组相比,GA组小鼠肝脏指数、ALT和MDA活性明显下降;BMD明显增加;三维图显示骨小梁数目增加,骨小梁连接紧密,网状结构较明显,保持较完整的骨微观结构。[结论]:甘草次酸对四氯化碳小鼠的肝脏损伤有一定的保护作用,对小鼠胫骨具有预防骨丢失的作用,且对胫骨骨微观结构具有一定的保护作用。 [Objective]:To investigate the effect of glycyrrhetinic acid on the microstructure of tibia bone in carbon tetrachloride mice.[Methods]:Twenty-four 10-week-old Kunming species mice,half male and half male,were divided into three groups:control group(CON),model group(MOD),and glycyrrhetinic acid(GA).The experiment was continued for four consecutive weeks and was banned the day before the end of the experiment After 12 hours of eating,the mice were sacrificed by removing the eyeballs:taking blood to measure ALT;taking liver to weigh and preparing liver homogenate to measure MDA;taking right tibia for Micro CT scan.[Results]:Compared with the MOD group,the GA group's liver index,ALT and MDA activity decreased significantly;BMD increased significantly;the three-dimensional graph showed that the number of trabecular bones increased,the trabecular bones were tightly connected,the network structure was more obvious,and the intact bone was maintained micro structure.[Conclusion]:Glycyrrhetinic acid has a certain protective effect on liver injury of carbon tetrachloride mice,has a preventive effect on the tibia of mice,and has a certain protective effect on the microstructure of the tibia bone.
