广东省公共机构节能管理现状及对策研究

Research on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of Energy Conservation Management of Public Institutions in Guangdong Province

公共机构节能是我国节能工作的重要组成部分,对全社会节约能源资源具有重要的示范和引领作用。本文全面梳理了广东省近年来公共机构节能工作概况、主要政策以及存在的问题,在此基础上提出了构建节能工作联席推进体系、高效的节能管理制度体系以及科学合理的节能奖励政策体系等解决思路和对策,为进一步提升公共机构节能管理水平给出建议和参考。

Energy conservation of public institutions is an important part of energy conservation work,which plays an important exemplary and leading role in energy conservation of the whole society.The general situation,main policies and existing problems of energy conservation work of public institutions in Guangdong Province in recent years are summarized.And the corresponding countermeasures are provided references for improving the energy conservation management level of public institutions,such as building a joint promotion system for energy conservation,an efficient energy conservation management system and a scientific and reasonable energy conservation incentive policy system.
