2019年6月13日是我国资本市场载入史册的一天,科创板首次上市。科创板是中国资本市场的“新人”,更创造了新的“速度”。自2018年11月首届中国国际进口博览会上习总书记宣布,到6月13日开板,再到7月22日开市,仅耗时8个多月。科创板被誉为中国的“NASDAQ”,这个备受瞩目的新市场板块是实施注册制试点,服务对象主要是科技创新企业。这个板块的推出使我国证券资本市场层次更加细化,结构更加合理,为科技创新型企业开拓出了一条新的融资渠道。本文将以美国NASDAQ视角,分析科创板在上市、交易、退市制度上还有哪些需要改进和完善的地方。从而为我国证券市场留住科技创新型企业,促进我国资本市场更好的发展提出一些意见。
