Investigation and Analysis on the Supervision System,Mechanism and Current Situation of Medical Treatment and Drugs

目的:调查分析医药卫生体制改革实施后的成效和存在的问题,为医改提供可参考的建议。方法:通过实地走访、座谈会、问卷调查等方式收集所需数据和资料,并进行分析。结果:随机抽取某地区一些医疗卫生机构在药品采购使用、医保资金使用、分级诊疗等方面的情况进行调研分析,该地区医改取得了一定的成效,但是也存在管理体制不健全、监督机制不完善、医德医风和法纪教育缺失等方面问题。结论:为了做好深化医药卫生体制改革相关工作,需要进一步健全管理体制、严格综合监管、加强行风建设、抓紧出台相关法律法规等。

Objective:Provide constructive suggestions for medical reform through investigating and analyzing the achievements and existing problems after the implementation of medical and health system reform.Method:Collect and analyze data and information needed through field interviews,symposiums,questionnaires and other approaches.Result:Through randomly selecting some medical and health institutions in a certain region,the research and analysis on drug purchase and use,medical insurance fund use,hierarchical diagnosis and treatment,etc show that the medical reform in this region has achieved some results,but there are still problems,such as imperfect management system,unsound supervision mechanism,or lack of medical ethics and legal education.Conclusion:To complete the relevant work in deepening the reform of the medical and health system,it is needed to further improve the management system,strictly implement comprehensive supervision,strengthen the moral construction of a trade or industry,and promptly introduce relevant laws and regulations.
