摘要
“智慧农业”是通过利用“互联网+”、AI、IOT等先端技术,对相关信息进行深入挖掘、整理和分析,从供给侧方面进行结构性改革,以实现资源最优配置的一种新型农业形式。本研究基于重庆“智慧农业”发展现状及存在问题,通过借鉴“智慧农业”发达国日本的经验,提出了以下重庆智慧农业解决方案:第一,组建智慧生产,提高生产效能;第二,搭建智慧平台,完善信息服务;第三,使用智慧管理,提高产品质量。以期为重庆“大数据智能化”背景下的智慧农业发展提供新的发展思路。
“Intelligent Agriculture”is a new type of agriculture,which utilizes advanced technologies such as“Internet+”,AI and IOT to dig,sort and analyze relevant information and carry out structural reform from the supply side in order to realize the optimal allocation of resources.Based on the development status and existing problems of“smart agriculture”in Chongqing,this study proposed the following solutions for smart agriculture in Chongqing by drawing lessons from the experience of Japan,a developed country of“smart agriculture”:First,establishing smart production to improve production efficiency;Second,establishing smart platform to improve information service;Third,using smart management to improve product quality.The purpose is to provide new development ideas for smart agriculture development under the background of“big data intelligence”in Chongqing.
