新时代国有企业人才治理存在的问题与对策

摘要 国有企业在推动人才治理、促进人才资源转化为发展动力的过程中,须直面人才工作中存在的官僚主义、形式主义问题与人才流失问题,在坚持党管人才的原则基础上,着力改善人才工作作风、健全企业民主管理制度、完善保障人才合法权益和智力成果的制度体系、提升人才培育制度的实效性,努力建设一支充满活力和创新精神的高水平人才队伍,为实现国有企业高质量发展提供强大人才支撑,为社会主义的人才发展治理体系与治理能力现代化提供实践经验。 In the process of promoting talent management and transforming talent resources into development impetus,state-owned enterprises must face up to the problems of bureaucracy,formalism and brain drain in talent work,on the basis of adhering to the principle of the party exercising control over talents,great efforts have been made to improve the working style of talents,improve the system of democratic management in enterprises,improve the system of safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests and intellectual achievements of talents,and enhance the effectiveness of the talent cultivation system,strive to build a high-level talent team full of vitality and innovative spirit,and provide strong talent support for the high-quality development of state-owned enterprises,for the Socialist Talent Development Governance System and governance capacity modernization to provide practical experience.
