摘要
文章论述了一种铜铝快速高压渗溶焊接机理及其工装和应用。经研究,通过施加电压对铜铝焊接区加热,待铝材软化后,横向施加高压使待焊处形成牢固焊接面的方法可以有效避免因焊接处形成共晶组织引起的降低铜铝焊接接头的力学等机械性能和影响其他理化性能的问题。本文对该焊接技术的挤压施加方式、工装设计进行详细描述以及对产品焊接处金相等检测进行分析。实践证明,通过快速高压渗溶焊接技术不仅提高焊接接头性能,而且能降低能耗、提高生产效率。
The paper discusses a fast high-pressure penetration welding mechanism of copper and aluminum,its tooling and application.After research,it is found that the method can effectively avoid the reduction of mechanical properties and other issues that effect physical and chemical properties because of the formation of eutectic structure by applying a voltage and after aluminum is softened applying a high pressure later at row to form a strong welding surface.In this paper,the method of how to realize extrusion and welding and the design of the tooling are described in detail.Meanwhile,the metallographic examination of the welding place is analyzed.Practice has proved that not only the performance of welded joints is improved by fast high-pressure penetration welding technology,but also low energy consumption and improved efficiency by applying this method.
