基于理性志趣的青年精神生活个性化

Individualization of the Youth's Spiritual Life Based on Rational Interests

现代社会青年精神生活个性化发展的历史局限性逐步消解,但青年精神生活依然存在个性化假象,主要原因在于兴趣娱乐化、泛化和虚无等结构张力失衡。根据兴趣与个性理论,青年精神生活个性化应该综合关注兴趣的自主性与超越性、多元性与价值性、建构性与习得性,充分把握个性精神生活的主体性、独特性、社会性和自由性。在培育理性志趣的实践中要开展丰富的文化活动,构建“趣缘共同体”,培育青年主体间关系,提升青年成就感与获得感。

The historical limitation of the individualized development of the youth’s spiritual life in modern society is gradually fading,though the illusion of individuality still exists in youth’s spiritual life.The main reason lies in the imbalance of structural tension such as entertainment inclination,generalization and nihility of interests.According to the theory of interest and personality,for the individuality of their spiritual life,the youth should pay attention to the interests’ autonomy and transcendence,pluralism and value,construction and acquisition,and fully grasp the subjectivity,uniqueness,sociality and freedom of individual spiritual life.In the practice of cultivating rational interests,we should carry out diverse cultural activities,construct a "community of interests",foster a good relationship among the young people and enhance their sense of achievement and benefit.
