党的十九届四中全会提出了“党的领导制度体系”的概念,这是党在现代化治理道路上的又一伟大创举。党的领导制度体系是富有逻辑的多维有机系统,从理论维度来看,坚持和完善党的领导制度体系是马克思主义政党理论的根本主张;从历史维度来看,坚持和完善党的领导制度体系是中国共产党成立近一百年伟大实践的经验总结;从实践维度来看,这是实现党的领导制度化和国家治理现代化的实践要求。

The CPC put forward the concept of "the Party’s leadership system" at the Fourth Plenary Session of its Nineteenth Central Committee,which is another great creation of the CPC on the road of modern governance.The Party’s leadership system is a logical multi-dimensional organic system.From the theoretical dimension,adhering to and improving the Party’s leadership system is the fundamental view of the Marxist party theory;from the historical dimension,adhering to and improving the Party’s leadership system is a review of the CPC’s experience in the great practice over the past 100 years;from the practical perspective,it is the requirement for institutionalizing the Party’ s leader ship and modernizing China’ s governance.
