加快我国农业产业化创新发展的路径分析

一场疫情防控阻击战,对世界粮食贸易与供给提出了新考验。做好粮食的稳产保供,成为今后一个时期“三农”工作的重中之重。加快农业产业化创新发展,确保粮食供给和粮食安全,持续增加农民收入,是打赢脱贫攻坚战,全面建成小康社会的重要举措,是我国实现农业现代化的必由之路。现阶段,我国农业产业化发展过程中,仍然存在着企业规模小、创新带动能力弱、合作化程度不高、金融资本支撑不强等问题和不足。充分借鉴吸收国外农业产业化创新发展的经验,在加强农业产业化法治创新、促进龙头企业发展、开展区域性规划、打造专业人才队伍、完善市场体系和加大金融资本投入等方面不断深化改革举措,结合我国农业发展实际,加快建立具有中国特色的农业产业化创新发展体制机制是新时代对农业发展提出的新要求。

The war of epidemic prevention and control has served as a new test to the world food trade and supply.To ensure the stable production and supply of grain has become the top priority in the work of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" for some time to come.Accelerating the innovative development of agricultural industrialization,ensuring food supply and food security,and continuously increasing farmers’ income are important measures to win the battle of poverty alleviation and build a moderately prosperous society in all respects,and also the only way to realize agricultural modernization in China.At present,there are still some problems and deficiencies in the development of agricultural industrialization in China,such as the small scale of enterprises,weak innovation-driven capability,low degree of cooperation and insufficient financial capital support.Drawing on the experience of innovative development of agricultural industrialization in foreign countries,we should deepen the reform measures in strengthening the legal innovation of agricultural industrialization,promoting the development of leading enterprises,carrying out regional planning cultivating a contingent of professional personnel,improving the market system and increasing financial capital investment.In light of the actual conditions of China’s agricultural development,accelerating the establishment of institutions and mechanisms for agricultural industrialization with Chinese characteristics is a new requirement imposed by the new era on agricultural development.
