摘要 采用活性污泥对桉木APMP制浆废水进行处理,探讨了优化条件下废水处理前后水质变化,旨在说明活性污泥法对高得率制浆废水的处理效果,尤其在色度处理方面。在原水CODCr4181mg/l、色度2541C.U.情况下,处理后的废水CODCr、色度去除率分别达到了66.75%和38.72%。通过对处理前后废水进行吸光度扫描发现,处理后废水不论是在可见光区还是紫外区,吸光度强度下降显著;通过不同溶剂对废水中有色物质进行抽提,在所选溶剂中二氯甲烷抽提效果最好,但去除率也仅有32%;通过对比处理前后废水中固形物的红外光谱图可知,处理后废水中的-C H2-比例比未处理废水要大,木素特征吸收峰呈显著下降趋势,且处理后废水中有新增含C=C或C=O基团的物质;通过对处理前后废水进行截留分子量为10000D超滤处理发现,在同样的浓缩倍数下,原水和处理后废水对色度物质的截留率分别为86.85%和84.38%,处理前后有色物质分子量变化不显著。处理前后废水抽出物G C-M S分析显示:桉木APMP废水中主要含有酸类、酚类、醇类等有机物。其中,长链脂肪酸约占40%,二元脂肪酸占16.6%,苯酚衍生物约占15.3%,处理后废水有机物种类及含量减少,2,6-二叔丁基苯酚等相对含量增加。 In this study,eucalyptus APMP wastewater was treated with activated sludge.The changes in water quality before and after wastewater treatment under optimized conditions were discussed with the aim of illustrating the effectiveness of the activated sludge method for the treatment of high-yield pulping wastewater,especially in terms of chroma treatment.When the CODCr of raw wastewater was 4181mg/L and the chroma was 2541C.U.,the 66.75%removal of CODCr and 38.72%removal of color were obtained after the treatment at the optimized conditions.After the wastewater is treated in proper conditions,the absorbance intensity both at visible and ultraviolet wavelength decreased obviously.Different solvents were used to extract the colored substances from the wastewater,with dichloromethane being the most effective of the selected solvents,but the removal rate was only 32%.Infrared spectra showed that the content of-CH2-in treated water was increased comparing with the raw wastewater,and the lignin was removed effectively.Furthermore,the new substances containing group C=C or C=O may lead to the darker treated water when they were accumulated in water.After filtration by hollow-fiber ultra-filtration membranes with 10000 same MWCO of membranes,84.38%entrapment rate for color substances was obtained of treated water while 86.85%of raw water was obtained.GS-MS analysis indicated that the eucalyptus APMP wastewater mainly contained acids,phenols,alcohols and other organic substances.The content of long chain fatty acid was about 40%,and the content of dicarboxylic acid was 16.6%,and substances with a benzene ring content 15.3%.A large amount of organic matter was removed by activated sludge treatment,and the 2,6-Di-tert-butylphenol was the main matter that made the treated water colored.
