白泥盘式过滤机大轴内部的改造

摘要 安装试用国内生产白泥过滤机,存在洗后白泥干度低、白泥含碱量高等问题。通过对国产白泥过滤机的结构进行分析,认为主要原因在于滤液排除不通畅的问题,存在滤液回吸的现象。对白泥过滤机的出液轴内部结构进行了改造。改造后既提高了碱回收率,同时降低了外排白泥量,取得良好效果。 Domestic white mud filter has the problems of low dryness and high alkali content in the white mud after washing.By analyzing the structure of the domestic white sludge filter,it was found that the filtrate exclusion is not smooth and it results in filtrate back suction.Therefore,the internal structure of the liquid outlet shaft of the white sludge filter was modified.The reformation not only improved the alkali recovery rate,but also reduced the amount of white sludge discharged from the outside,and achieved good results.
