基于互联网+的生殖健康平台研究——以免疫性血小板减少症(ITP)为例

A Reproductive Health Platform Based on Internet+——Take Immune Thrombocytopenia(ITP)as an Example

免疫性血小板减少症(ITP)是一种常见的获得性自身免疫出血性疾病,尤其是生育年龄的女性,该群体的血小板减少会给正常的月经和妊娠生理状态带来很多困扰。ITP女性患者的院前预防、院中治疗、院后康复指导的全程、一体化健康管理体系在国内尚未建立。而在互联网时代的大背景下,使用物联网+的思想进行医疗管理系统的设计又具有较大的潜力。针对以上问题,结合互联网+的思想,提出了一种院前—院中—院后的闭环式的健康管理模式。该管理模式可对患者的月经、孕前的准备、妊娠期、产时、产褥期、计划生育及性生活进行指导,帮助患者建立长期的健康数据,甚至面对面地进行健康教育和诊疗管理。

Immune thrombocytopenia(ITP)is a common acquired autoimmune hemorrhagic disease,especially in women of reproductive age.Thrombocytopenia in this group can cause a lot of trouble to normal menstrual and pregnancy physiological state.The whole and integrated health management system of pre-hospital prevention,in-hospital treatment and post-hospital rehabilitation guidance for ITP female patients has not been established in China.In the context of the Internet era,the idea of Internet+has great potential in the design of medical management system.In view of the above problems,this paper proposes a closed-loop health management model of pre-hospital,in-hospital and post-hospital based on the idea of Internet+.This management mode can provide guidance for patients'menstruation,pre-pregnancy preparation,gestation period,perinatal period,puerperium,family planning and sexual life,help patients to establish long-term health data,or even face to face health education and diagnosis and treatment management.
