In modern society,disaster is a kind of public event,which can cause great damage,serious economic losses and a large number of casualties to human society.It can be triggered by natural changes or human activities and may have an important impact both in the history of human civilization,state growth and national development.The impact can be both negative and positive.That is to say,disasters have profoundly affected and changed the past of mankind.The frequent occurrence of disasters has brought heavy suffering to the Chinese nation.At the same time,in the process of fighting against disasters,it has further enhanced the Chinese Nation's defensive abilities to be vigilant in healthier times,coping capacities to tackle difficulties,creative abilities of innovation and cooperative abilities to stick together.The Chinese nation must learn to grow up in disasters,rationally recognize disasters and build disaster culture,so as to effectively enhance the ability to cope with disasters.
