大数据背景下苗族文化开发利用的实证研究——以毕节市苗族为例

Research on the Protection and Utilization of Miao Culture Under the Background of Big Data:Take the Miao Nationality in Bijie City as an Example

随着我国民族政策法规的逐步建立健全,苗族文化成为民族、文化工作部门和各界有识之士的关注焦点,但受制于科学技术的发展水平,苗族文化开发利用的方法手段存在巨大的局限性。大数据的出现和应用,更好地解决了诸多悬而未解的难题,带来了文化遗产开发利用上的伟大变革。文章立足毕节市实际,就大数据在苗族文化领域开发利用方面的应用进行深入探讨,并提出相应的对策建议,以期达到抛砖引玉的目的。

With the gradual establishment and improvement of national policies and regulations in China,The Study of Miao culture,has become the focus of attention of ethnic working departments,cultural working departments and people of insight from all walks of life.But,restricted by the development level of science and technology,the methods and means of Miao culture development and utilization have great limitations.The emergence and application of big data better solve many unsolved problems and bring about great changes in the development and utilization of cultural heritage.Based on the reality of Bijie City,this paper discusses the application of big data in the development and utilization of Miao culture,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,in order to achieve the purpose of throwing bricks and attracting jade.
