Approach to clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis

慢性萎缩性胃炎的病位在胃,涉及病变脏腑为肝脾。脾胃亏虚、肝失疏泄是慢性萎缩性胃炎病变基础,其中脾胃亏虚是基础,肝失疏泄是关键,痰、瘀、热是慢性萎缩性胃炎病理因素。运脾疏肝和胃法是治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的基本方法,化痰、祛瘀、清热为其协治之法。

The lesion location of chronic atrophic gastritis is in the stomach.The lesion viscera involved is liver and spleen.Spleen-stomach deficiency and liver failing to freely distribute are lesion basis of chronic atrophic gastritis.Among them,spleen-stomach deficiency is pathogenetic basis;liver failing to freely distribute is pathogenetic key;phlegm,blood-stasis and heat are pathologic factors of chronic atrophic gastritis.The therapy of activating the spleen,liver-discharging and stomach-harmonizing is the basic treatment method of chronic atrophic gastritis,while resolving phlegm,removing blood-stasis and clearing heat are auxiliary therapy.
