某养老院钢框架楼盖结构舒适度分析及TMD振动控制应用 被引量:3

摘要 随着我国装配式钢结构的发展,越来越多的新建养老建筑选用钢结构。但钢结构自身固有频率相对偏低,阻尼较小,在受到人群同步激振中往往会激发共振进而影响结构的正常运作,严重影响建筑应用舒适度。老人对建筑舒适度要求较高,因此需针对钢结构养老院的楼盖舒适度进行分析。本文应用MIDAS Gen软件对某钢结构养老中心的钢框架楼盖结构进行舒适度分析,并就调谐质量阻尼器TMD增加楼盖结构舒适度问题进行研究,实现对楼盖结构振动的有效控制。结果显示,应用TMD减振效果可达63%,因此TMD能有效地减小振动幅度从而增强楼盖结构的舒适度,在该工程中应积极选用。 Recently,with the development of elderly care buildings and steel structures in China,more and more steel structures are used in new elderly care buildings.The pedestrian walking by the users may cause resonance of the buildings,which affect the normal operation and comfort degree of the buildings seriously.Due to the elderly have higher requirements for the comfort,it is necessary to analyze the floor comfort of steel structure nursing house.The floor comfort of an actual steel structure nursing houses is analyzed,and the damper TMD are introduced to improve the building comfort degree,which hopes to effectively increase the damping effect and control vibration of the constructions.In this paper,the evaluation criteria of building comfort are discussed.Furthermore,it will focus on the TMD application on the vibration control technology of steel structures by practical cases,based on the scientific principle of tuned mass damper.
