新时代高校思政课教师队伍建设研究

A Study on Building the Teaching Team of College Ideological and Political Course in the New Era

在新时代背景下,高校思政课教师队伍建设主要是以教师为主进行的科研建设,高校思政课教师的素质对整个队伍的建设研究水平有着重要的影响,因此,建设高素质、高水平、专业化的高校思政课教师队伍是高校科研管理工作的必然要求,符合以人为本的科学发展观。文章对当前我国高校思政课教师队伍的建设情况和新时代高校思政课教师队伍应该具备的素质进行了分析,并提出了加强高校思政课教师队伍建设的相关建议。

In the context of the new era,the construction of teacher’s teams in college Ideological and Political Course is mainly the scientific research and construction of high teachers.The quality of teachers in school has an important influence on the level of research on the construction of the whole team.Therefore,the construction of high-quality,high level,professional college teachers of Ideological and Political Course is an inevitable requirement for the scientific research and management of colleges and universities.This is also in line with the scientific concept of people-oriented development.It is analyzed the current situation of the construction of the teaching force of Ideological and Political Course in Chinese universities and the qualities that the teaching force of universities in new era should have.Proposals have been made to strengthen the teaching staff of Ideological and Political Course in higher education.
