摘要
以可靠性分析方法为支撑,以某电厂MSD80A型埋刮板式给煤机维修间隔时间为研究对象,利用Matlab软件对其进行可靠性分布拟合,得出威布尔分布是最优的分布类型。然后,采用威布尔分布描述了不同缺陷类型的平均故障间隔时间、变异系数、失效中值时间等参考指标。最后,对这些缺陷的发生原因及处理方法进行了分析与总结。
In this paper,taking the maintenance interval of the MSD80A buried scraper type coal feeder as the research object,its reliability distribution is fitted by using Matlab,and it is concluded that the Weibull distribution is the optimal distribution type.Then,the reference indexes of various defects,such as the average fault interval time,coefficient of variation,and the median time of failure of the coal feeders are described with the Weibull distribution.Finally,the causes of these defects and their treatment methods are analyzed and summarized.
