miRNA在妊娠相关并发症中表达情况的研究 被引量:1

摘要 微小核糖核酸(miRNA)是非编码单链RNA,它参与调控细胞凋亡、增殖、分化、个体发育等多个生命活动[1],是通过与mRNA的3′非编码区(3′UTR)互补配对结合,引导沉默复合体(RISC)降解靶mRNA,而与靶mRNA不完全互补的miRNA则在蛋白质翻译水平上抑制其表达。miRNA作为近年热点,多数研究主要集中于miRNA在肿瘤方面的研究。
