企业技术创新与人力资源管理的系统协调性分析——基于制造业五个细分行业100家企业的数据 被引量:2

The Systematic Coordination Analysis of Technological Innovation and Human Resource Management in Enterprises:Based on Data of 100 Companies in Five Segments of the Manufacturing Industry

摘要 以制造业五个细分行业100家上市公司为研究对象,构建企业技术创新与人力资源管理评价指标体系,运用耦合协调度方法,测算并比较分析各行业及行业内各企业技术创新与人力资源管理的协调性。针对行业内企业层面的研究发现:电子元件、家电行业技术滞后态势明显的企业较多,机器人行业管理滞后态势明显的企业较多,汽车、造纸业技术滞后与管理滞后的企业数目均等。耦合协调度方面,各行业多数企业处于中低度水平。针对行业层面的研究发现:电子元件、家电行业属于"管理滞后型",机器人、汽车、造纸业倾向于"技术滞后型"。耦合协调度方面,从高到低依次为汽车、家电、电子元件、机器人、造纸业。 Taking 100 listed companies in 5 manufacturing industries as the research object,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of enterprise technological innovation and human resource management,calculates and analyzes the coordination level of technological innovation and human resource management in each industry and enterprises within industries by using coupling coordination degree.According to the research on the enterprise level in various industries,it is found that many enterprises in electronic components and household appliance industries are lagging behind in technology.Many enterprises in robotics industry are lagging behind in management.The numbers of enterprises lagging behind in technology or management in paper making industry and auto industry are equal.In terms of the coupling coordination degree,most enterprises in auto industry are in the low to medium or medium level,while most enterprises in the other industries are in the low to medium level.According to the research on the industry level,the electronic components and household appliance industries belong to the“management lag type”,while the robotics,auto and paper making industry tend to be the“technological innovation lag type”.In terms of coupling coordination degree,the order from high to low is auto,household appliance,electronic components,robotics,and paper making industry.
