梅毒相关性结直肠多发溃疡一例

A case of syphilis-associated colorectal ulcer

梅毒是由梅毒螺旋体引起的慢性、系统性性传播疾病。主要通过性途径传播,除了性器官、皮肤累及感染,梅毒螺旋体常常可以引起心脏、血管、关节病变。纵观国内外相关报道,梅毒螺旋体导致的消化道感染病例十分罕见。现将南京中医药大学第二附属医院诊治的一例报道分析如下。
