疫情之下中小微企业走出发展困境的对策分析——基于2020年《政府工作报告》

2020年的中国"两会"因疫情推迟于5月份召开,李克强总理作《政府工作报告》,中小微企业作为此次稳就业保民生的重要市场主体,如何在新的政策背景下谋求自身发展,并在市场经济的汪洋大海中增强自身竞争力,是本文讨论的主要话题。本文认为,面对此次突发的疫情,中小微企业的生存与发展面临着多项考验,政府加码、第三方让码、中小微企业自身稳码协同发力,这是疫情之下中小微企业走出困境的良策。

The NPC&CPPCC of 2020 were postponed due to the epidemic situation and were held in May.Premier Li Keqiang made the Government Working Report.As an important market subject to stabilize employment and protect people's livelihood,SMEs are seeking to develop under the new policy background.Strengthening its competitiveness in the vast ocean of market economy is the main topic discussed in this paper.It is believed that in the face of this sudden outbreak,the survival and development of small and medium-sized enterprises are facing many challenges.The cooperation among government,third-party,and SMEs is the best strategy for enterprises to get out of the dilemma.
