近年来我国经济进入了平稳发展时期,房地产市场受国家调控政策的影响竞争日益激烈,如何提高企业和项目成本控制水平成为竞争的关键。目前各个房地产企业都拥有自己的成本管理体系,但无法快速评判每个项目的控制水平,致使企业很难发现自身成本控制存在的问题。本文构建了房地产项目成本控制评价体系,帮助企业快速找到各项目成本控制的短板,进而提高成本控制水平,提升企业竞争力。

In recent years,Chinas economy has entered a period of steady development.The real estate market is becoming more competitive by the influence of national regulatory policies.Then how to improve the cost control of projects has become the key to competition.Each real estate enterprise has its own cost management system,but it is impossible to quickly judge the control level of each project,which makes it difficult for the enterprise to find its own cost control problems.The study establishes evaluation system of real estate project cost control to help enterprises quickly find the short board of each project,improving the cost control level and enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises.
