External Environment and Epidemic Impact:Stakeholder Compromise and Micro Transformation of Small and Medium Maker Space

没有永恒不变的外部环境。外部环境变化对众创空间的影响也随机不定。通过对在经济周期、政策调控、行业风险以及疫情影响等外部环境变化下福州市中小型众创空间“乐如家”长期调研以及现状分析,借鉴对众创空间转型升级研究现有研究文献,结合理论与实践,具象中小型众创空间利益相关者动态妥协均衡方式,解构并剖析中小型众创空间微转型路径,剖析中小型众创空间微转型内在机理,为中小型众创空间应对短期外部环境变化与疫情冲击、中长期转型升级提供有益的借鉴与参考。

Since there is no permanent external environment,the influence of the change of external environment on the maker space is also random.Based on the long-term investigation and analysis of the status quo of Fuzhou small and medium-sized maker space happy as Home under the changes of external environment such as economic cycle,policy regulation,industry risk and epidemic situation,referring to the existing research literature on the transformation and upgrading of maker spaces,combined with theory and practice,the dynamic compromise equilibrium mode of stakeholders in small and medium-sized maker space is represented,and the small and medium-sized maker space is deconstructed and analyzed.In addition,this paper analyzes the internal mechanism of the micro transformation,and provides useful reference for the small and medium-sized maker spaces to cope with the short-term external environment change and epidemic impact,and with the medium and long-term transformation and upgrading.
