摘要
上下级信任关系是领导学一个重要的研究议题。区块链思维对建立企业上下级双向信任关系具有积极的推动作用:培育区块链分布式思维有助于提升上级工作效率,增强下级工作成就感与组织归属感;培育共识性思维有助于提升上级责任心与包容性,增强下级维护意识;培育契约化思维有助于提升上级公正性,增强下级执行力。同时也要注意避免区块链分布式思维过度去中心化倾向,明确合理应用的边界。
Trust relationship between superior and subordinate is an important research topic in leadership.Blockchain thinking has a positive role in promoting the establishment of two-way trust relationship between the superior and the subordinate in an enterprise:cultivating the distributed thinking of blockchain helps to improve the work efficiency of the superior,enhance the sense of achievement and organizational belonging of the subordinate;cultivating the consensus thinking helps to enhance the sense of responsibility and inclusiveness of the superior and enhance the maintenance consciousness of the subordinate;the cultivation of contractual thinking helps to enhance the fairness of the superior and enhance the executive power of subordinates.At the same time,we should also pay attention to avoid the tendency of excessive decentralization of blockchain distributed thinking,and clarify the boundary of rational application.
