The reform of rural land transfer system is a hot and difficult point in the current rural economic system reform.At present,it is a focus of the rural financial reform to realize the rural land circulation as soon as possible,expand the financing channels of rural households,and let more financial funds serve the fields of agriculture,rural areas and farmers.Analyzing the current situation of two-title mortgage loan in rural land in Guangxi,the study constructs the"anti-guarantee+mortgage"financing mode of rural land in Guangxi,and provides reasonable suggestions for the construction of rural land circulation financing system in Guangxi.
