摘要 近年来,我国装配式建筑的发展非常迅速,BIM技术平台是助力装配式建筑实现产业化的关键技术平台。该文在分析装配式建筑发展的制约因素的基础上,对BIM技术在装配式建筑全生命周期中的应用进行分析,提出了推动BIM技术与装配式建筑深度融合的措施,为装配式建筑的产业化发展提供参考。 In recent years, the development of prefabricated buildings in China goes on rapidly, and the BIM technology platform is a key technology platform to help the industrialization of prefabricated buildings. Based on the analysis of the constraints on the development of prefabricated buildings, this paper analyzes the application of BIM technology in the full life cycle of prefabricated buildings, and proposes measures to promote the deep integration of BIM technology and prefabricated buildings, which provides references for the industrialization development of prefabricated buildings.
