摘要
装配式建筑施工阶段风险因素多,易发生安全事故,对施工阶段安全风险因素进行精准快速识别,对安全管理具有积极的参考作用。该文运用WBS-R BS-G1分析法、熵权法、层次分析法三种方法,对装配式建筑施工阶段常见安全风险因素进行识别与对比研究,探究了不同识别方法在技术与管理风险问题中得到的风险权重结果差异及价值。通过在某装配式办公楼工程中的实际应用实证,认为应根据装配式建筑施工阶段的不同特点和因素,合理选择施工风险因素识别方法,精准快速得到识别结果,为装配式建筑施工安全管理提供决策支持。
There are many risk factors in the construction stage of prefabricated buildings, which easily triggers safety accidents. The accurate and rapid identifi-cation of safety risk factors in the construction stage is of positive reference to safety management. In this paper, the WBS-RBS-G1 analysis method, the entropy weight method and the analytic hierarchy process are used to identify and study comparatively the common safety risk factors in the construction stage of prefab-ricated buildings, with the differences and values of risk weight results obtained in technical and management risk problems with different identification methods explored. Based on the case study of a prefabricated office building project, it is considered that the identification method of construction risk factors should be reasonably selected according to the different characteristics and factors in the construction stage of the prefabricated building, so as to obtain the identification results in an accurate and quick manner, which can provide support for the decision of the construction safety management of prefabricated buildings.
