摘要
随着我国经济的快速发展和国家政策的支持引导,国内多数发展良好的企业都在进行全面改造升级,以增加产能。部分龙头企业改扩建项目规模越做越大,智能化、自动化程度处于先进水平。部分大型工业企业在开展扩产大型技改项目建设时,业主方在项目管理中占主导地位,工程设计管理出现较多问题,该文对此进行了梳理,结合项目设计管理工作实践,从业主方建设单位的角度对设计管理中存在的问题进行分析总结,并提出改进的策略和措施,以期快速推动技改项目的工程进度,提高工业技改项目管理水平。
With the rapid development of economy and the support and guidance of national policies in China,most of the well-developed enterprises are undergoing comprehensive transformation and upgrading to increase production capacity.Some leading enterprises are increasingly expanding the scale of reconstruction and expansion projects,with an advanced level of intelligence and automation.When conducting large-scale technological transformation projects for production expansion of some large industrial enterprises,the owners take the leading role in project management.This type of engineering design management shows many problems.Based on the summary of these problems,this paper analyzed and summarized these problems in the design management from the perspective of the owner’s construction unit combined with the project design management work practice,and proposed improvement strategies and measures in order to quickly promote the progress of the technical transformation projects and improve the management level of industrial technological transformation projects.
