全国优秀辅导员年度人物的职业现状及培育——基于2008-2018年度人物的分析

以2008-2018年获得“全国优秀辅导员年度人物”的113位辅导员为研究对象,基于个人事迹材料的文本分析、数据统计分析等方法,得出:在职业发展均衡性方面,应注重引导和保障辅导员队伍在职业能力的各方面和任教于不同学科之间、不同区域之间、不同育人组织机构之间的均衡发展;在工作效率性方面,辅导员职业应牢牢抓住思想教育主线,创新辅导员工作方式方法,加强应对校园危机事件能力,提高实践与理论结合的水平,促进辅导员队伍职业化专业化发展。

This paper is based on a study of 113 advisors who won the title of National Outstanding College Advisor of the Year from 2008 to 2018.Text analysis and statistical interpretation of the advisors achievements show that efforts must be made to promote balanced development of advisors occupational abilities and increase their work efficiency.Advisors must always focus on ideological and political education,constantly bring forth new working methods,keep improving their ability to handle campus crises and to combine theory with practice.
