摘要
2020年我国高校毕业生874万,作为特殊群体的“三困生”(心理、经济、就业“三困难”的特殊学生群体)是高校资助工作的重点,如何帮助“三困生”摆脱就业困境亟待解决。从家庭背景、心理环境等就业薄弱点等方面开展数据调查与对策分析,为高校“三困生”职业发展帮扶工作提供数据支持与建议。
Among the 8.74 million graduating college students,there is a special group demanding more attention and assistance:the psychologically challenged,financially disadvantaged students who have difficulty landing a job.This paper discusses how colleges and universities can help these students solve employment difficulties,providing data support and strategy suggestions based on data surveys on family background,psychological environment and other factors leading to employment difficulties.
