摘要
目的通过对护生考核成绩及满意度调查分析,研究问题驱动教学模式(PBL)在胸心外科见习中带教中的应用效果。方法以川北医学院胸心外科2017级共141名护理本科生为研究对象,随机分成两组,其中70人采取传统教学模式,另外71人采取PBL教学模式,由同一批带教老师分别对两组学生进行4个课时的授课,以现场考核方式评估教学效果,包括病例分析及护理操作两个部分,同时发布手机问卷从五个方面调查学生满意度,最终以主客观两种指标比较传统教学与PBL教学的差异。结果在考试成绩上,PBL组病例分析成绩(97.11±1.92),护理操作(96.31±1.87),均高于传统教学组的(93.43±2.88)与(95.34±1.51),差异具有有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在满意度调查中,PBL组在5个方面评价均高于传统组,其中对带教老师(100%)与对带教方式(98.48%)差异最大,其次是培养临床护理思维(42.42%)与提高学习积极性(95.45%)。结论PBL教学模式在胸心外科见习带教中应用效果良好。
Objective To study the application effect of PBL in the probation of cardiothoracic surgery through assessment results and satisfaction survey of nursing students.Methods A total of 141 undergraduate nursing students from the Department of Cardiothoracic surgery in Affiliated Hospital of North Sichuan Medical College in 2017 were randomly divided into two groups,70 of whom adopted traditional teaching mode and the others adopted PBL teaching mode.Two groups of students were taught 4 periods by the same group of teachers,the differences between two groups were compared by subjective and objective indicator.The objective indicator was teaching effects,which were evaluated by case analysis and nursing operation,the phone questionnaire was used to investigate subjective satisfaction from five aspects.Results Case analysis scores of the PBL group were 97.11±1.92 and nursing operations 96.31±1.87,both of which were higher than those of the traditional teaching group(93.43±2.88 and 95.34±1.51),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the satisfaction survey,the PBL group was higher than the traditional group at all aspects,among which the differences between teachers(100%)and teaching methods(98.48%)was most significant,followed by training clinical nursing thinking(42.42%)and improving learning initiative(95.45%).Conclusions The application of PBL in the probation of Cardiothoracic Surgery is effective and worthy to be popularized.
