习近平政德观融入高校基层干部教育路径研究——以西安工程大学为例

Research on the Integration of Xi Jinping's Political and Moral Outlook into the Education of Grassroots Cadres in the University--Taking Xi'an Polytechnic University as an Example

干部是党和国家的宝贵资源,其自身素质的优劣直接关系到党和国家在民众心目中的形象。党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央从全面从严治党的战略布局着眼,对干部队伍建设给予高度重视,并在此基础上形成了以"守大德、明公德、严私德"为代表的政德观。对此,西安工程大学在深刻发掘习近平政德观学理价值的基础上,结合自身特色实际,深入贯彻落实全面从严治党要求,对学校基层干部开展了一系列包括教育引导在内的多项举措,提升了干部职业道德水准,为学校各项事业发展奠定了坚实的思想基础和组织保证。

Cadres are the precious resources of the party and the state,whose quality is directly related to the image of the party and the state in the eyes of the people.Since the eighteen Party's Congress,the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core has focused on the strategic layout of the overall strict administration of the party,attaches great importance to the building of the contingent of cadres,and on this basis has formed a political and moral view represented by"guarding the virtues,improving public morals and strengthening personal virtues".In this regard,Xi'an Polytechnic University,on the basis of profoundly exploring the academic value of Xi Jinping's political and moral values,and combining with its own characteristics,thoroughly implemented the requirements of strict administration of the party,and launched a series of initiatives,including education and guidance,to enhance the occupation moral standards of cadres,and laid a solid ideological foundation and organizational guarantee for the development of various undertakings in schools.
