将传统的、优秀的文化融入到平时的教育中,推动高校教育趋向内涵式发展是提升大学生思想道德教育质量的有效途径。高校教育体系在思想道德教育中融入优秀传统文化,需以教育工作者对传统文化融入意义的正确认知为基础。分析现阶段文化与教育二者融合的阻碍问题,以问题为突破口,明晰文化与教育两者融合的教育原则、要求等,以此从实施完善课程设置、加强文化融合、营造文化氛围、创新教学方法、提升教师素质、综合多方力量等维度,促进优秀传统文化在学校思想道德教育中进行高效渗透。

The improvement of the quality of College Students'Ideological and moral education has always been one of the purposes of higher education.Therefore,we must integrate traditional and excellent culture into the usual education,and promote the connotative development of higher education.Based on the correct cognition of the integration of traditional culture and education,educators should analyze the obstruction of the integration of culture and education at the present stage,take the problem as the breakthrough point,and clarify the educational principles and requirements of the integration of culture and education,and so on.In order to promote effective infiltration of excellent traditional culture in Ideological and moral education in schools,we should improve the curriculum,strengthen cultural integration,create a cultural atmosphere,innovate teaching methods,improve teachers'quality and integrate multiple forces.
