The outbreak of the corona virus that has swept the entire country which started before the Spring Festival has made huge impact on economic development and on employment.As a special group awaiting employment,college graduates are faced with uncertainties under such circumstances,which raises confusion and anxieties amid job application and waiting period;at the same time,employment work in colleges face new difficulties and challenges.In view of the fact that employment is vital to livelihood,colleges should adopt a developmental perspective,rational analysis,and scientific approach to deal with the impact of COVID-19 on employment.
