多元利益主体视角下新高考改革政策的困境及对策研究——以浙江省统一高考招生改革为例

摘要 新高考改革增加学生的自主选择性,促进学生综合全面发展的同时导致了中学正常教学秩序被扰乱、考生趋利性抉择极端化以及高校人才培养压力加重等负面效应。本文分析新高考改革出现的困境,针对中学、高校、教育主管部门等相关主体提出了对策及建议。中学应优化教学秩序,正确引导与教育。高校要完善人才选拔与培养体制。教育主管部门需加强科学决策,重视政策调整与优化。 Based on the background of the new round of college entrance examination reform in Zhejiang Province,this paper analyzes from the perspective of policy stakeholders such as middle schools,colleges and universities,examinees,etc.,the new college entrance examination reform increases the students'independent choice,promotes the comprehensive and all-round development of students,and at the same time leads to the negative effects such as the disruption of the normal teaching order of middle schools,the extreme choice of examinees'interests,and the aggravation of the pressure of talent cultivation in Colleges and universities。In order to change the dilemma in the reform of the new college entrance examination,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the relevant subjects such as middle schools,colleges and universities,and education authorities.Middle schools should optimize the teaching order,correctly guide and educate colleges and universities to improve the talent selection and training system,and education authorities should strengthen scientific decision-making and attach importance to policy adjustment and optimization.
