多角色学习模式在学前专业教法课中的建构与实施

The Construction and Implementation of Multi Role Learning Model in Preschool Education Methodology

五大领域教法课是学前教育专业开设的核心课程,也是支撑达成培养目标中能从事幼儿教育机构教学、科研应用型人才的重要保障。本文分析当前高校学前专业教法课学习者角色单一、模拟授课覆盖率低等现状,以艺术领域教法课“学前儿童艺术教育”为例,探讨多角色学习模式的建构和实施。在整个教学过程中,让学习者在高校生、幼儿教师、幼儿多种角色中转换,丰富学习者专业教学技能,提升其自主学习能力和合作建构能力,并通过一学期的过程性和终结性评价验证了该学习模式较好的教学效果。

The methodology in five fields is the core curriculum of preschool education,which supports the important guarantee about training practical personnel in the teaching of preschool education teaching and scientific research work.This paper analyzes the methodology in universities,which exists the current situation of the role of learners is single,low coverage of simulation teaching and so on.Taking the art education for preschool children as an example,to discuss its construction and Implementation.In the whole teaching process,let learners constantly change their roles among college students,kindergarten teachers and children,so as to enrich the professional teaching skills of learners,and improving their ability of autonomous learning and cooperative construction.And through the process evaluation and summative evaluation of one semester,the better teaching effect of this learning mode is verified.
